The commitment it takes to move up in the world is becoming more and more demanding in the United States especially as the workforce becomes oversaturated with qualified candidates. Because of this, if one wants to level up, they need to invest in furthering their education throughout their career as well as utilizing tools that can help build their skill sets outside of traditional academia. Tony Domish puts into practice the commitment to always be bettering himself. He believes that the world is always growing and the information we have, especially when it comes to criminal justice, is also always being improved upon. As an added bonus, because he is a civil servant, this bettering helps positively impact the community.
In addition to the degrees he earned at Washington State Criminal Justice Reserve Officer Academy and the Washington State Criminal Justice Basic Law Enforcement Academy, Tony Domish also invested over 4000 hours of specialized law enforcement post academy training hours. These trainings have allowed him to excel in his career which has moved him up the later to Police Chief. Tony Domish has earned the Criminal Justice Training Commission First level, has worked in middle management and keeps current his executive certifications. All of these skill improvements help him to be a better police officer and better serve his community as well as the police officers that serve under his leadership. Comments are closed.
